Product Details

We got tired of seeing "heavy duty" cabinets that flex when you open the door. So we built the cabinet we actually wanted in our own shop, and we didn't cut a single corner doing it. Not one.

The result is a single door wall cabinet that's denser, tougher, and absurdly stronger than anything else its size. 20" wide, 40" tall, available in 12" or 16" depth, with two adjustable shelves and a fully reversible door. Need something wider? Check out our Double Door Wall Cabinet in 30" and 40" widths.

Why Ours Is Different

Go pick up a cabinet from any big-box store or industrial catalog. Open the door. Feel it twist. Push on the side panel and watch it oil-can. That's what happens when you build with 20 or 18-gauge steel, which is what everyone else uses.

We build our sidewalls from 12-gauge steel (0.105" thick). That's nearly 3x thicker than the 20-gauge stuff and over 2x thicker than 18-gauge. The door, top, bottom, and shelves are 16-gauge (0.060"), still 67% thicker than 20-gauge and 25% thicker than 18-gauge. When you open this door, it doesn't move anywhere you don't want it to. When you push on the sidewall, nothing happens. It's a vault, not a locker.

How They're Made

Every cabinet starts as flat American steel and gets laser cut on some of the most powerful fiber lasers on the planet. Every hole, slot, and contour is precision-programmed and burned clean, no punching, no approximation.

From there, each panel moves to our servo-driven press brakes where our world-class forming experts bend every piece to exact spec. These aren't button pushers. They live and breathe bending, and they can feel the difference between right and almost-right.

After forming, parts go to our fabrication department where they're painstakingly fit up and welded by hand. Not tacked together on an assembly line. Fit. Checked. Welded. Every joint matters, and our welders treat it that way.

Then comes our 4-stage powder coat finish: blast, clean, prime, coat. No shortcuts, no skipped steps. The result is a finish that shrugs off scratches, chemicals, and years of shop life.

Every single cabinet has hours of skilled human hands on it, in addition to all the robotic and CNC work that got it there. We bring the best of both worlds together: the precision of modern manufacturing and the craftsmanship of people who genuinely care about what they're building. All of it, every step, happens right here in Texas.

Built to Be the Last Cabinet You Ever Buy

We didn't design these for a disposable world. We built them the way things used to be built, except with better tools, better steel, and better engineering. This is heirloom-quality shop furniture. It'll outlast you. It'll outlast your kids. Their kids will still be slamming this door shut and nothing will have changed. When you factor in the decades of service you'll get from one of these cabinets, the price isn't just reasonable, it's a bargain.

Every Surface Works

Most cabinets give you a box with some shelves. We went further. The door is double-walled: a solid outer panel for strength and clean looks, with a separate slotted inner panel fitted behind it. That inner panel carries the full ModPro slot pattern with the clearance needed for accessories to actually mount and function inside the door. The rear wall is slotted the same way. So the inside of this cabinet is just as configurable as the wall panels outside it. Mount tool holders, bins, hooks, magnetic strips, whatever you need. Organize the way you actually work, not the way some designer thought you should. And everything stays dust-free and protected behind closed doors.

Fully Reversible Door

The door can be configured to open from either side. Heavy-duty mounting plates on the top and bottom can be removed and repositioned to the opposite side at any time, no special tools or parts needed. Dual magnets at the top and bottom keep the door securely closed.

Part of the ModPro Modular Wall System

This cabinet hangs on your ModPro wall rails the same way our panels do. At 20" wide, it drops right in where two panels were. No adapters, no brackets, no nonsense. Swap it, move it, reconfigure your whole wall whenever you want. A ModPro rail system is required for installation.

A Note on Weight

At approximately 100 lbs empty, this cabinet is no problem for the ModPro rails. But once you load it up, the total weight adds up quickly! Make sure your rails are properly secured into studs or blocking rated for the combined weight of the cabinet plus whatever you load into it.

ModPro System

Build Your Ideal Shop Setup
