First-article and prototype weldments. We build one to prove the design, then transition to production quantities once approved.

Common Questions
What is a welded fabrication?
A welded fabrication (or weldment) is a product made by cutting, forming, and welding multiple metal components into a single assembly. Examples include machine frames, equipment bases, brackets, enclosures, and structural assemblies.
Do you handle both prototypes and production?
Yes. We build single prototypes and first articles, then scale to production runs once the design is approved. We build welding fixtures for repeat work to ensure consistency across quantities.
What materials do you work with?
Carbon steel (A36, A572), stainless steel (304, 316), aluminum (6061, 5052), and specialty alloys. Sheet, plate, tube, pipe, and structural shapes.
Can you source all the materials?
Yes. We handle material procurement, including steel, hardware, purchased components, and vendor-supplied parts. You get one PO and one invoice for the complete assembly.
What finishing options are available?
In-house powder coating (200+ colors), primer, sandblast, and grinding. We can also coordinate plating, galvanizing, and specialty coatings through our partners.
