Industrial Powder
Coating
In-house powder coating facility with 200+ colors. Durable, consistent finish on steel, aluminum, and stainless parts up to 12 feet long. Because we fabricate and coat under one roof, your parts never leave our shop until they are finished.
Powder Coating Services
More Than Just Color
Powder coating delivers a harder, more durable finish than wet paint. It resists chipping, scratching, fading, and corrosion better than liquid coatings, and it produces zero VOC emissions.
200+ Standard Colors
Full RAL and custom color matching. Gloss, semi-gloss, matte, textured, and metallic finishes available from our in-stock powder inventory.
Custom Color Matching
Need an exact brand color or Pantone match? We can custom-mix powder to hit your target color with sample chips for approval before production.
Sandblast Prep
Proper surface prep is critical for adhesion. We sandblast all parts to near-white metal (SSPC-SP10) before coating for maximum bond strength.
Corrosion Protection
Powder coat provides a continuous, seamless barrier against moisture, chemicals, and UV exposure. Ideal for outdoor and industrial equipment.
Parts Up to 12 Feet
Our oven and booth handle parts up to 12 feet long. Structural steel, frames, enclosures, and large fabricated assemblies coated in a single batch.
Production Batches
Volume coating for production runs. Consistent color and thickness across hundreds or thousands of parts with documented quality checks.
Powder Coat vs. Wet Paint
Powder coating outperforms traditional wet paint in almost every measurable category.
Durability
2-3x harder than wet paint
Resists chipping, scratching, and abrasion under heavy use
Corrosion Resistance
Superior barrier protection
Seamless film with no brush marks or thin spots
UV Resistance
Excellent fade resistance
Maintains color and gloss in outdoor exposure
Thickness
2-6 mils in one coat
Wet paint requires multiple coats to achieve equivalent build
Environmental
Zero VOC emissions
No solvents, no hazardous waste, overspray is recycled
Finish Options
Gloss, matte, textured, metallic
Wider range of textures and effects than wet paint
Single-Source Advantage
Fabricate and Coat
Under One Roof
Most fab shops outsource powder coating, which means your parts get trucked to a third-party coater, sit in their queue, then get shipped back. That adds cost, time, and risk of damage. Our in-house coating facility eliminates all of that.
ISO 9001 Certified
American steel, American made
No Extra Shipping
Parts go from welding to sandblast to powder coat booth without leaving our facility. Zero transit damage risk.
Faster Turnaround
Eliminating the roundtrip to an outside coater saves 3 to 5 days on most projects. Your parts coat the same week they are fabricated.
Quality Control
We control every step: surface prep, powder application, cure temperature, and final inspection. One team, one standard.
Single Invoice
Fabrication and coating on one PO, one invoice, one point of contact. No coordinating between two vendors.

FAQ
Common Questions
How much does powder coating cost?
Pricing depends on part size, quantity, surface prep required, and color. Small parts can start at a few dollars each in volume. Large fabricated assemblies are quoted per project. We include surface prep (sandblasting) in all quotes. Contact us with your parts for a specific price.
How durable is powder coating compared to paint?
Powder coating is 2 to 3 times harder than wet paint. It resists chipping, scratching, fading, and corrosion significantly better than liquid coatings. It also maintains its appearance longer in outdoor and industrial environments.
What colors are available?
We stock over 200 standard colors in gloss, semi-gloss, matte, textured, and metallic finishes. For exact brand colors or Pantone/RAL matching, we can custom-mix powder with sample chips for your approval before production.
What is the largest part you can coat?
Our booth and oven handle parts up to 12 feet long and 6 feet wide. This covers most structural steel, frames, enclosures, and fabricated assemblies. For larger parts, contact us and we can discuss options.
Do you coat parts fabricated by other shops?
Yes. While most of our coating work is on parts we fabricate in-house, we accept outside work. Bring your parts to our facility in Conroe, TX and we will prep, coat, and have them ready for pickup.
What surface prep do you do before coating?
All parts are sandblasted to near-white metal (SSPC-SP10) before coating. This removes mill scale, rust, oil, and contaminants to ensure maximum adhesion. Surface prep is included in our coating quotes.
