Common Questions
What types of structural steel projects do you handle?
We fabricate structural steel for commercial buildings, industrial facilities, schools, healthcare, retail, and infrastructure projects. From single beams to full building packages with connections, stairs, platforms, and miscellaneous steel.
Do you provide shop drawings or detailing?
Yes. We can produce shop drawings from your structural plans, or we can fabricate directly from your engineer's shop drawings. We work with SDS/2, Tekla, and standard 2D detailing formats.
What is your typical lead time for structural steel?
Standard lead times are 4 to 8 weeks depending on tonnage, complexity, and material availability. Rush work is available for time-critical projects. We provide a firm schedule with your quote.
Can you handle both structural and miscellaneous steel?
Yes. We fabricate structural steel (beams, columns, bracing) and miscellaneous steel (stairs, handrails, embed plates, lintels, equipment supports) as a single package. One shop, one schedule, one delivery.
Do you deliver in erection sequence?
Yes. We load and ship in erection sequence per your erector's requirements. Piece marks are clearly stamped and match the erection drawings. We coordinate directly with your erection crew if needed.
What finishes are available?
Shop primer (standard), in-house powder coating (200+ colors), or we can coordinate hot-dip galvanizing through our partners. Finish is specified in the quote and applied before shipping.
