Contract
Manufacturing

Ongoing production fabrication for OEMs and manufacturers. Consistent quality, on-time delivery, and volume pricing on repeat orders. We become an extension of your production floor without the overhead of expanding your own facility.

How It Works

Your Products, Our Production

You design it, we build it. We handle material procurement, fabrication, finishing, and packaging on a recurring schedule. You focus on engineering, sales, and customers while we handle the shop floor.

Volume Production

Repeat fabrication runs on your schedule. We build welding fixtures, document procedures, and dial in the process for consistent output.

Scheduled Deliveries

Weekly, monthly, or per-release deliveries to match your production schedule. We build to your forecast and hold inventory if needed.

ISO 9001 Quality

Documented quality system with incoming inspection, in-process checks, and final inspection. Traceability from raw material to shipped product.

Blanket POs

Set up blanket purchase orders with agreed pricing and release against them as needed. Simplifies your procurement process.

Drop-Ship and Kitting

We can ship directly to your customers, package in your branded packaging, or kit assemblies with purchased components included.

Full-Service Fabrication

Cutting, forming, welding, machining, coating, and assembly. Every step in-house. One vendor manages your entire build.

Why Outsource to TMW

Scale Without
the Overhead

Adding production capacity means equipment, space, people, and insurance. Outsourcing to TMW gives you that capacity on demand. Ramp up when orders are strong, scale back when they soften, with no fixed cost.

ISO 9001 Certified

American steel, American made

No Capital Equipment

Use our CNC plasma, press brakes, welding stations, and paint booth without buying your own.

No Hiring

Skilled welders and fabricators are hard to find. We have them. You do not need to recruit, train, or retain.

No Facility Expansion

Our 40,000 sq ft shop is your overflow capacity. No lease, no utilities, no maintenance.

Predictable Costs

Fixed per-piece pricing on volume work. Your cost is your cost regardless of our shop load or labor market.

FAQ

Common Questions

What industries do you serve as a contract manufacturer?

We work with OEMs and manufacturers in oil and gas, agriculture, construction, material handling, automotive aftermarket, and industrial equipment. If your product is made from steel, stainless, or aluminum, we can likely build it.

What is the minimum volume for contract work?

There is no hard minimum, but contract manufacturing pricing is based on volume. The more units per release, the better the per-piece cost. We are a good fit for companies producing 50 to 5,000+ units per year.

Can you hold inventory for us?

Yes. We can build to forecast and hold finished goods for scheduled releases. This ensures immediate availability when you need product without you carrying the inventory.

How do you ensure consistency on repeat orders?

We build welding fixtures, document welding procedures (WPS), create quality inspection plans, and use CNC programming for cut and formed parts. Every unit follows the same documented process.

Can you ship directly to our customers?

Yes. We can blind-ship or drop-ship to your customers with your branding and packing slips. Your customer never needs to know the product was manufactured by us.
