Description
Let’s face it – if you need to weld, sometimes you need to cut! Our new cutting tables answer the most requested product we’ve ever had! This 30″ x 50″ Plasma / Torch Cutting Table is CNC cut, precision CNC bent, and professionally welded out of 10-gauge HRPO steel. We professionally assemble the top so all you’ll need to do is bolt on the legs and cross braces!
Our table is quite different from anything else available because we design the products and use them as well! And let’s face it, sometimes small things can make a big difference!
First, our entire plasma cutting tables are formed from a single sheet of steel on a giant CNC press brake. Not only does that mean there is no fixturing, squaring up and welding for anyone to do, but it also means that every seam is a continuous piece of steel. This gives the entire assembly far greater strength than something pieced together and tacked in a few key spots.
Need a watertight plasma table? Great news…we’ve released a watertight version!

Models/Differences
Standard/Original Cutting Table
Made to be highly versatile, modular, and mobile, our original cutting table grows with your needs.

We’ve built this plasma table with all the necessary holes to bolt together with another table or to attach a couple of our 30″ x 10″ Weld Table Extensions.

After bending and welding the main body of our plasma table, we add a center slat support that serves three purposes:

- The grooved V-shaped support strengthens the slats by supporting them in the middle. We also cut the slots tight to keep the slats from flopping around and making a bunch of noise as you roll the table around. (We learned that from prototyping!)
- The center support is just wide enough to cover the center slot we cut in the bottom of the table for sweeping out debris. This protects your feet and legs from direct flame and falling hot objects. Of course, incidental sparks and things can make their way around it! But it should shield you from much of the danger.
- Finally, the center support provides additional structural rigidity. In fact, we typically hold these units by that center support when loading them into boxes for shipping.
Legs Matter
This table features a laser-cut 2″ x 2″ tubular frame with 1,200-pound rated total lock casters.

Packaging and Shipment
Important Note: We’ve seen a major rate of deliveries arriving damaged when shipped through UPS. While we custom-built this table to ship via UPS/FedEx, we’re changing our delivery mode to LTL carrier. Moving forward, the table will be palletized to protect the table and accessories. For customers with a forklift, this should have little impact. For those without a forklift, there will be a minor charge for “liftgate services” (to drop the pallet to the ground) — you’ll see the upgrade option when ordering the table.

Assembly Instructions
Since there is a little bit of assembly to do, we’ve created this overview document to help make it easier.

Outstanding addition to any workshop. Quality heavy steel, well thought design, excellent build quality. TMW is where you will find what you need.

Hate to be that guy, but the table showed up with no instructions. The bolts to attach the legs to the table were not included in my package. The table legs were missed drilled to accept the cross member supports, also I was under the impression that it came with the catch tray. So I guess down the road I will have to order one. Thank you.

Hey Kristian, First of all, I’m sorry that we dropped the ball for you! The bolts should have been in the package, no excuse there. I hate that you were the unlucky one who got missed. It’s terrible to get a package and be all excited to put it together only to be stopped by something so silly as a few bolts. We’ll do better!
On the leg situation, no idea how in the world that would happen. The tubing is all 100% laser cut. There is no manual work at all, so there must have been a hiccup we didn’t catch. It’s a 1 in a million situation, so I chalk it up to bad things happening in multiples. grrrr…
I’m not sure if I understand what you mean about the catch tray? The entire table is formed from one sheet of steel that is folded on all sides, and the bottom is solid with the exception of the one slot in the middle that is covered by the V shaped center guard. I kind of think you might be looking for something below that slot to catch parts? I’m sorry if that was unclear. The general concept was that things that drop down and land in the bottom need a place to come out, and you could put a bucket or something under the slot when you’re ready to empty things out occasionally and just shove everything through the slot.
There is also an undocumented feature related to that slot. The concept is that you could use something like this 10″ x 3 1/4″ to 6″ converter to connect under the slot to a fume extractor. Our plan is to have an official adapter for that, but we haven’t put one out yet.
I think someone from the team is reaching out to you, so please let us know how we can help make it right!

I have only unboxed it so far and inspected it. I sent it away to my local powder coat company. After unboxing I am happy with the looks of the table.
