Standard vs. Heavy Duty Our 4’x4′ and 4’x8′ tables are available in two variants – standard, and heavy duty. Keep in mind that even our standard duty model is still extremely robust!
The standard model has long sides that are formed from 10ga steel, with end panels that are formed from 14ga. This version of the table weights nearly 700 pounds.
The heavy duty version of the table has 3/16″ formed plate all the way around, and weighs over 1,000 pounds. You may with to choose this version if you are dealing with particularly heavy material, or if you are wanting to minimize movement with a CNC application.
