Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

At Texas Metal Works our goal is 100% customer satisfaction! We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and we guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship forever! In addition to our forever guarantee, we also offer a 30 day return policy on most purchases.

Returns Info

  • Items need to be returned in like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented or scratched may be denied a return.
  • Fees associated with shipping or freight charges will be deducted from refunds.
  • Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a deduction on your refund for what is missing.
  • If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.
  • Nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, personalized orders, and completed services.

Refund Method and Timing

  • We will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
  • For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
  • If you paid in cash by check, we will refund you by check within 10 business days.

How to Return Your Purchase

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. Before you accept delivery of your item, please inspect it. If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery. Once you have accepted delivery (or if you brought the item home yourself), you have 7 days to contact us regarding defects, damage or other issues.
