Excellent cut and bend quality.

These have a sharp edge on them where I’m assuming the laser starts/finishes its cut. This is sharp enough to cut a finger when handling. Will have to grind smooth. Not a big deal.

Thanks for the catch on this Kelly and sorry you got some sharp ones. Two different things can cause the sharp edge – you are correct that the laser can leave a sharp edge, and if it’s a little sharp point sticking out from the side that is probably what it is. The other thing that can leave a sharp edge is when we pass the material through our big wide belt sander to smooth it off. The surface comes out smooth, but it can sometimes leave a sharp burr along an edge.
I’m going to remind the team to keep an eye out for these things because we don’t want anyone getting cut or anything like that! Cheers!

Awesome great product. I’m very happy with my new welding table and accessories. Texas Metal Works is my new go-to for welding supplies.

These are great, but as I noted on the 4″ sliding stops the hole on the end was distorted and I had to ream out. I then had to square up the front side so that it is square.
These are great with the 1/2″ ball pin locks to help set up, be able to move and adjust as a stop and then lock down easily by hand. I had to ream out and square up all 12 of my sliding stops, not 8 as I previously stated. I am slowly filing down the bulge that is created at the crease/bend by the brake. I am doing this so that I have a true flat square plane. Thats just me fine tuning my equipment to my needs.
But I think for the cost and overall order I should not have to ream out all 12 of the 16mm holes.
