Leg kits come in two standard configurations: self-leveling feet and 5″ total-lock casters. The larger sizes (50″x100″ and 60″x60″) also offer a combination option with both casters and leveling feet. Legs bolt to the underside of the top. No welding is required for leg attachment if you use the TMW leg kits.

Yes. Every size is available as a top-only purchase. This is ideal if you are building your own custom base, want a non-standard table height, or need a replacement top for an existing frame. All tops ship flat with pre-cut 5/8″ fixture holes on a standard grid pattern.

We offer DIY welding table tops in 9 sizes: 30″x40″, 30″x60″, 30″x80″, 30″x100″, 40″x40″, 40″x80″, 50″x50″, 50″x100″, and 60″x60″. Matching leg kits are available for 7 of those sizes. The 30″x80″ and 50″x50″ are top-only (no matching leg kit). All tops use the same 5/8″ hole pattern and A572-50 steel as our fully fabricated tables.

All DIY welding table tops are CNC-cut from A572-50 P&O (pickled and oiled) steel plate. This is the same high-strength, low-alloy structural steel used in our fully fabricated tables.
