Occasionally clients need a model to work with for mocking up fixturing on their welding table. So we’ve created basic models of several table tops that can be used for this purpose.

If you’d like to create your own model it’s an extremely simple pattern. Just create a surface the size of the table you’re using and use the following parameters:
- Draw a .63″ circle and position it in a corner.
- Dimension it 1″ from the long side edge, and 1″ from the short side edge.
- Pattern that circle every 2″ horizontally and vertically to cover the surface of the table, and cut that pattern into your surface plate.
