Our Mod Blox offers customized workspaces. Bolt them together, mount to an existing table or use this unit as its own fab area. Our 20″ x 60″ Mod Block has 540 5/8″ precision laser cut holes and has mounting plates for two legs per end.

Description

Looking for a chassis table or something “custom” for your specific build? When off-the-shelf fixtures aren’t enough, Texas Metal Works’ Mod Blox are designed for ultimate configurability. Our Mod Blox System provides infinite horizontal and vertical options to fit your specific needs. Mix and match our various Mod Blox to form your own custom fixturing base or interconnect them into an existing table/solution to expand your usable work surface.

Use Mod Blox as a stand-alone fixture, interconnect them to form custom chassis, or attached them to our Welding Tables. Mix and match with various sizes including our 10” x 30”, 10” x 40”, 10” x 50”, 10” x 60”, 10” x 70”, 20” x 30”, 20” x 40”, 20” x 50”, 20” x 60” and 20” x 70”.

Made from high-grade ¼” A572-50 P&O with 5/8” (16mm) holes on 2-inch centers. Interconnect multiple welding tables or attached one or more of our Mod Blox Short Leg Kits (25-38” height) or Mod Blox Short Leg Kits (35-48” height) for added leg support.

Looking for vertical or 3D fixturing, our Mod Blox can be used horizontally, vertically and can even pair with our Riser Blocks for more customization.

I got a call only a few hours after I ordered everything confirming my order and walking me through the timeframe and delivery and delivery process. The remainder of the process including shipping was also very straightforward. There was no shipping damage and the whole unloading, inspecting, and signing process only took about 10 minutes.

I purchased a 30×60 dyi table after looking all the option out there, and I’m glad I did. Their customer service is top notch, they are a pleasure to deal with. Shipping was quick, and packaging is above anything I expected. The table is great quality and pretty easy to assemble. The bolt system makes it very easy to get everything put together and make it flat before welding and everything fits together perfect.
