Why You Get It!
Clamps w/ T-Handles
We consider our Clamps with T-handles the single most important accessory for our fabrication tables. These clamps can drop in any hole on our table or other fixtures and quickly clamp down with hundreds of pounds of holding force.
We include twenty (20) Clamps w/T-handles in our Pro kit because your projects call for an arsenal of clamps!
We include 8 in our standard kit because if you wanted to do something like fixture a square tubing frame you’ll need two of these clamps per side to hold it in place.
Stops and Side Clamps
It’s one thing to be able to clamp things downward to the table, but it’s another thing to be able to position things accurately and clamp them sideways. This is where the stops and side clamps come in. So let’s say you want to build a frame that’s almost as big as your table surface. You can use the side stops to push your material right up to the edge.
So let’s say you want to build a frame that’s almost as big as your table surface. You can use the Variable Height Stops to push your material right up to the edge.
Meanwhile, on the other side you need to be able to push things together firmly to keep it in place, so that’s where the Side Clamps come in.
Sometimes your materials don’t fit conveniently between our precision holes and other stops just don’t work. Enter our Sliding Stops. Position them where you need ’em and they will hold!
1/2″ Threaded Adapters
Convert any hole in the table into a 1/2″x 13 threaded hole. Place the Adapter in position beneath the tabletop, in alignment with the table holes. Magnets hold threaded adapter in place so you can thread bolts right through from the top of the table!
Magnetic Rest Buttons
The magnetic rest buttons do two very critical things:
- They raise your work piece up by about a half inch (or more if you stack them), allowing you to actually fully weld seams all the way down without risking welding your project to the table!
- They allow for some critical space for weld BB’s to cool down before hitting the table surface, which prevents a lot of them from sticking.
For even more protection for your table top we recommend spraying Anti-Spatter directly on the table surface before welding over it! Between that and the rest buttons virtually nothing will stick to your beautiful table!
10″ Combo Accessory Tool Holder
Because you don’t have time to look for lost tools, we’ve created the Combo Accessory Tool Holder. Our 10″ x 7″ tool holder offers plenty of space for hanging clamps/pliers and comes with a top-shelf with five 5/8″ precision-cut holes for extra tooling.
Welding Table Fab Squares
The 10″ Fab Squares do exactly what you would expect them too. Allow you to fixture upwards at a perfect 90 degree angle, meaning you can reliably and consistently fixture in three dimensions!
Optional Ball Lock & Pinning Tools (Optional)
Save time and effort with this quick-locking fastener. What does it do? Simply drop in any 16mm (5/8″) hole and tighten. No more reaching under the table to thread a bolt! Each alignment pin has a positive locking mechanism that, when turned, releases a three-ball lock to hold material in place.
Ball Lock Pin (1/2″) – for 1/4″ table tops only! (Optional)
For 1/4″ table tops only! Save time and energy securing fixtures directly to your table with the help of these handy tools.
Ball Lock Pin (5/8″) – for 3/8″ table tops only! (Optional)
For 3/8″ table tops only! Quicky lock in your fixtures with this handle tough-as-nails tools! A must for fastening to the table!
Adjustable Ball Lock Pin – for 1/4″ to 1.5″ table tops (Optional)
For any table thickness, these adjustable ball locks provide flexibility to secure any fixture through our standard 16mm hole. To secure up to 1.5″ of material, simply dial in the adjustable base and lock the unit in place.
Magnetic Locknut Pin (Optional)
For quick placement and pinning of material to the table, these magnetic pins
So that’s what’s included in our Starter Accessory Pack! We think these tools are the most critical for anyone just getting a professional fixture table.
Great starter pack and I plan to purchase more accessories.
A great starting set, and saved quite a bit of money.
In terms of starter packs, very complete-up set. More than enough to get going on DIY.
